I was a young police officer pounding a beat in Harlem when this hit the neighborhoods. It made such an impression on me that I just went with it. Painted the feeling I had without considering techniques and style. I have a few of these loose paintings stored. Perhaps I should show them.

I was very young when this was painted. I sorta evolved into a more mature style later. But, now and then I like to regress and have some fun : ))
